"We booked the most expensive room which cost a fortune. When we arrived the room was occupied as they had sold it twice. They put us in the cheapest room with noisy air conditioning and no lock on the patio door. Blaned Hotels.com and offered no compensation or even a courtesy something. "

"We had a great stay at Fort Bliss. The staff is kind and attentive. The location is great, steps from the fort wall and close to many dining options. Breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit and omelette. Extra kudos to the breakfast staff for creating a fun vibe. "

"Nice guest house run by a very friendly family. Right by Unawatuna beach but not too noisy. Air con worked well, WiFi was decent (although sluggish at times) and there are loads of good restaurant options nearby."
