"For its age, a decent place to stay. I know it's the beach but our room floor was absolutely full of sand. Nothing that you couldn't take care of with a broom though. Overall a nice stay. Quiet and enjoyable. Be absolutely sure you have your parking decal displayed because you can bet the tow guy will be around at 7 AM to check the lot and he doesn't mind hooking up and hauling."

"The room was very clean, the location was convenient, and the hotel was great for traveling with a dog. It is right by the highway and about 15 -20 minutes to the Boardwalk or First Landing State Park. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, especially Dominic at the front desk. "Clean rooms, very friendly staff. The breakfast was great. The location was easy access to the beach and had beautiful views. We also were able to walk to lunch and for mini golfing. Unfortunately our only complaint is the town enforced curfew where everyone had to be inside by 9pm. It was no fault of the hotel but it did make the hotel very loud Saturday night (it was quiet Sunday). The hotel itself was secure but we were definitely nervous. "

"Room was clean but food left over in the microwave tht had a horriable smell in room..i informed the front desk she just gave me spray and said someone had just checked out at 10 am..i doupt it cause they wud have smelled the rotten food..fridge didnt work..and toilet gurgled all not like it was backed up..deff find a better motel or place to stay..front desk could have cared less.."

"Overall, 3 out of 5. The best thing about this hotel is the price, the staff was amazingly friendly. Last minute budget find. Could be cleaner, and could have better air conditioning units. Me, my grandmother, and little one all left with dry throats. Not sick, just woke up with very dry hard to swallow type throat irritation. I wont stay here again, but I woukd say if you are on a budget and need a quick find. This is it. "
