"As soon as we got there we were greeted by Dee! She was sincerely happy we showed up. "Ashmore use to be a decent place to stay even though it needs upgraded and price was good now they got bought out it's more run down needs updated really bad the bath tub never stopped running water it leaked the whole time bath tub stained didn't have key card they were out had to wait hours before they got them. Really sad i like the place but when you can stay somewhere a lot nicer for the same price it's a no brainer."

"The sheets on the bed were not clean when we checked in. The drain pipe on the bathroom sink fell off but they very quickly fixed it. The toilet was broken so we had to turn the water supply off and on so we didn’t have to listen to the toilet run nonstop. The balcony was COVERED in spiderwebs which made sitting on the balcony a bit cringy. The staff was AMAZING and accommodating."
