"I found communication a bit slow and posted information on reception desk hours contradictory. I worked out--reception desk was open past 5pm for my 7:15 arrival but I was stressed the whole way from the airport and St George's Quay on foot that I would not make it. I tried to call but using the information presented me could not connect via my USA iPhone. Probably something stupid I was doing but perhaps look at that information and see if it is the best information for travelers from outside...

"Room was good, comfortable bed. Shower was a bit small for me (6'1 240lbs). I was in the top floor so the club didnt bother me at night but I could hear it. Staff was really helpful and accomdating. "

"Our room was a good size, very clean. We booked a twin en suite and had towels and sheets included as well as in the bathroom there were cleaning supplies and extras like that. The place felt very cleaned and I liked how secure each door was, so I felt safe. The location was perfect for spending time around temple bar and I would stay here again. "

"De kamer was goed en ruim. De douche en toilet waren zeer goed. Was redelijk nieuw. Het enige wat ik op de douche miste was een stukje zeep bij de wastafel om je handen te wassen na het toiletbezoek. Verder was de kamer zeer warm. Het schuifraam kom ongeveer 15 cm open, maar kon niet worden vastgezet. We hebben hem opengehouden door er een kopje onder te zetten."

"Location was amazing. Showers were not the best, but fine for the price of the hostel. The beds had curtains on the side, but the top and bottom didn’t. The drawer can be locked (bring your own lock)."
