"Good hotel with straight forward self check-in process. Fairly central in Lucerne.
Knocking some points off the cleaniness as there was a kettle used by the previous hotel guest that was not clean (i.e. had cloves and tissue still in the kettle). Once this was reported to the hotel management, they quickly replaced the kettle by the time we came back from our day outing."

"I didn't realize this place is not staffed, so that was our only issue when arriving at 10am after an overnight flight with no place to store luggage. A really helpful guy at the plant store next door told us there would be a code to let us in, etc., but with no one to talk to and no way to call due to our limited data plan, it took us awhile to figure it out.
If you need to store luggage, there's a luggage storage place inside a jewelry store just a few min walk away (look up Radical Storage)...

"Positief: Leuk hotel, voor kinderen. Ontbijt is prima, vriendelijk personeel en goede parkeergelegenheid.
Negatief: geen airco, hierdoor was het in onze kamer 30 graden. Niet te doen met slapen. Geen koelkast of waterkoker of koffie apparaat op onze kamer. Vooral de hitte in het hotel was voor ons een reden om nooit meer in de zomer daar naar toe te gaan. Ze boden wel ventilatoren en flessen water aan maar dit gaf met 30 graden geen verschil."
