"It was a headache. They sent a pre-arrival form that doesn’t do anything and does not work. You don’t know where to check in when you arrive, no clear signage. They did not give us keys when they told us the room number. No elevator. Unclean hallway. The fridge was not cleaned. Toiletries were only for 1 person, no towels. The cabinet was falling apart.
