"Staff is very helpful and friendly. We stayed in the family suite and it was perfect for us. Bring a hairdryer and hair conditioner if that is important to you.
We added the breakfast buffet which was a great value.
There is a connected pub with a kitchen which was great after a long day of travel.

"We booked the hotel due to food being served, when we arrived there was no food during the week and only at weekend which was not reflected on the website. Room was not as described, very small, en-suite had mould all in shower, ceiling and it was dirty. ( see photos below ). Bed was damp, cold, springs had gone in mattress, room smelt of damp, was cold, carpet dirty very worn and overall the room was dirty. Carpets in the hallway was dirty and worn, needs to be updated and some money spent in...

"The location was perfect for us, a short walk into town. We stayed for 2 nights with our adult children. The apartment was spacious with a well-equipped kitchen. We appreciated the milk, cereal, butter, and jam provided. We were there in late Fall 2025 very close to Christmas and we had our building to ourselves. It was nice and quiet!"

"Lovely quiet place to stay and relax. Limited phone service on our phones, but that’s ok"

"I stayed at this property for 2 nights with family and a friend. The layout of the preoperty was perfect for us. It was very clean and looked newly remodeled. The host was very helpful as we had a few questions. We communicated thru WhatsApp and she was very easy to talk to. We left our firestick at the property and she shipped it back to us for free! Very gracious host and wonderful property!"
