"The hotel was great. However, the elevator was down for a period of time. The hotel was available for assistance to help me with my luggage since I was on the 11th floor (top floor). They did fix the elevator in time for me to use it. The hotel restaurant was delicious too. I would come back again. Front desk agent: Kathleen was a rockstar!"

"We traveled for a World Cup game and the front desk staff was great! They helped letting us know about the area and were very kind, and even helped scheduled transportation to the airport for us. I also thought the hotel was located in a good central part of the city, but still not in a loud crowded area. ~15 min walk to the water/market and ~30 from the stadium. The rooms were nice, bathroom was clean, and AC worked. There was also a little kitchen set up in the room, which I didn’t have to use, but it seemed to be convenient."

"Real cozy place for staying. It was modern and clean. They set you up pretty good. It is true they don't have much air conditioning luckily I did research and brought a fan so that made it better. Somewhat annoying that most of the contact is done on third party software but just a minor gripe, as I prefer the pre-given code style of check in and room access as opposed to the traditional key card for most hotels. Will keep this place in mind if/when I visit Seattle again."
