"The staff was rude and very unhelpful. I couldn’t even stay there as no one was available to help me. In addition I was sick and needed a place to sleep it off. As I was looking for help I was offered drugs! It was a crap place I didn’t even stay and was still charged even with the reservation being less than 30 mins"

"Arrived around 1:00 a.m. after a long travel day expecting a straightforward self check-in. Instead, the property assigned me five different rooms, none of which were usable. The first four rooms had unmade beds, piles of dirty laundry, and unclean bathrooms, clearly showing they had not been serviced or prepared for guests. The fifth room I was directed to was already occupied by another guest, which was alarming for both of us and represents a serious breach of guest safety and...
