"I stayed at one in San Antonio and loved it. We were in Denver for a concert so I thought I’d try another stay and I wasn’t disappointed. There were no issues with the room. The location is great-near shopping, food, gas, and the main highways. The staff (Jason and Christian) were super friendly. The room was clean and VERY spacious. "My husband and I stayed here for 1 night heading from Oregon back home. We had a King bed, which was very comfortable. The room was nice and clean. We didn’t get in the pool but did go and look at it. It was clean and very well maintained. The breakfast was very good. We had a smooth check in and the lady was very friendly and helpful. "We stayed here for a weekend event in Denver and had a very pleasant experience overall. The location was convenient, the property was clean, and the room was comfortable. The only area that could use some improvement was the front desk service. There were several occasions when we needed assistance and had to wait for someone to return to the desk, as staff appeared to be in the back office or attending to other duties. "Horrible check in experience. Definitely call the hotel when booking through a 3rd party. Waited at the desk for 20 min. Then went back to the desk 30 min after normal check in hours and had a room. Front desk staff left for about 15 min with no communication. Had two other attendants try to help. Room: mediocre for something described as a resort property.
