"The room was great. Front desk was super friendly, but there was a 10-minute wait to check in. There was no TV remote in the room. One was brought up, but the guy didn't get the full story because he asked for the one that didn't work. In the restaurant (not the coffee bar), at breakfast, both espresso drinks were served in paper travel cups. Now, that's tacky. When I asked the server about it, she replied that that's all they have. Huh? I was promised at $10 credit for food or drinks, from my membership, but it didn't show up on the receipt. For a premium hotel, there were too many hiccups. But it is a really nice facility in a great location."

"Upon walking in there was an overbearing air freshener smell- which, if not so strong wouldn’t have been bad. The room was not thoroughly cleaned. There was a Budweiser can in our windowsill behind the curtain (which after the fact, we could see it in the window from outside). The pullout couch had a stain on the mattress which was noticed when pulling out the couch. QThe fridge kept NOTHING cold."
