"The property looks much better in Expedia photos than it feels in person. Rooms have been renovated but lack basic amenities for comfort.
As someone who travels frequently for work, the checkout experience was very disappointing.
The receptionist was curt and confrontational about their cash-only policy for extras under 50 euros.
This wasn't mentioned at check-in / booking and makes very little sense for Expedia customers who may have pre-paid their room.

"Sehr gutes neues Zimmer gehabt. Ruhig und gut ausgestattet. Es fehlten z.B. ein Wasserkocher oder Kaffeemaschine, war fĂŒr uns ok so. Spa wurde kĂŒrzlich fertiggestellt und ist klein aber fein. Konnten gut entspannen. FrĂŒhstĂŒck war ok, hatten aber auch schon eine grössere Auswahl. Abendessen gut und abwechslungsreich. "

Wir hatten leider ein sehr hellhöriges Zimmer und ein unerklÀrliches Gepolter war ab 5 Uhr morgens in unserem Zimmer zu hören. Freundliche Reaktion auf unsere Anmerkung zwecks des LÀrms, konnten das Problem in der zweiten Nacht leider nicht abstellen."
