"We went for a music festival and the hotel was very close to the festival grounds. Location is good. We had great service as soon as we walked up to the ship. They immediately helped with our bags and front desk was friendly and helpful with questions I had. We made reservations at the restaurant Chelsea onboard the ship. The food was good.
