"The hotel, more importantly, the room was immaculate. The beds were quite comfortable. Fresh air via a large open window or air conditioning was available. We stayed one night prior to a cruise. The hotel location was extremely quiet, perfect for sleeping after 15 hours of lights. Breakfast was wonderful. The staff was very friendly, even escorted us to our room and helped us with our luggage, refused a tip but accepted a hug. 5 stars!!"

"Stayed at this hotel on a one night visit to Marseille, France in July 2026. It was right on the water at the port which was convenient. AC worked great and the breakfast was high quality. The hotel looks like a retro 70s hotel with the furniture and decor in the rooms which was pretty cool. Staff was nice and helpful when needed."

"We got to Marseille at 1:30 am, this hotel is right by the train/bus station, loved it, super clean, spacious, everyone very helpful, the breakfast everything fresh and straight from the bakery, I wish we could’ve stayed longer, I will definitely come back to this hotel.

"They got me two rooms wo AC and the staffs didn’t really wanna fix this issue. They knew the AC was failed in these two rooms but they didn’t even want to fix it. The staffs are quite mediocre and the renovated rooms are nicer but there are so many maintenance issues here and there. Overall, I don’t want to recommend this hotel.
Also, the cheapest one - the classic room with the double bed is basically no view at all since it faces the tiniest courtyard and the windows are covered by privacy...
