"Such a lovely hotel. The staff were all very kind and helpful. The hotel was fantastic, it had everything we needed for a few days away in Rome. It was a little way out of Rome, but the hotel have a shuttle bus and you can get a taxi for €20. It was nice to be able to retreat back to the pool/spa after a day in the bustling city. "This hotel is very well located, walking distance from ma y important sites, including the Pantheon, the Coloseum, the Forum, the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. And yet, it is removed from the very center of the tourist crowds. Excellent restaurants are all also in walking distance. The only time we travelled by taxi was to visit the Vatican. The staff are all very knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. The rooftop restaurant is a gem, providing a bird's eye view of the surrounding area....

"We were here for three nights in May. First, the AC worked very well in our room. The room was clean when we arrived and was cleaned daily. All the hotel personnel we interacted with were wonderful and very helpful. We found the area convenient without the expected noise in a big city with plenty of dining options nearby. Our only complaint would be to repaint the scuffs on the walls in the room where luggage had rubbed up against it."

"Coming from a Black American it did what it was supposed to do when in Rome. One block away from Vatican City and about a 10 minute walk to the train station it was a pretty convenient location. The staff was so nice and helpful which was absolutely best part of my stay. The water pressure in my shower room 603 was very strong. You’ll have no problem washing your hair. The walls are very thin, but luckily my neighbors were quiet"

"The room was very fancy, albeit a bit dated. We had plenty of space. The TV was very small, but we only used it a little, so, not a huge deal. The shower was very small and the water temp was very inconsistent. The staff was helpful. They helped arrange a car from and to the airport. The room was refreshed daily. The reception area is not manned every day, all day. I left my key card in the room after hours and thought I was completely screwed. I called the number on the booking, and they instructed me on how to get the emergency key card from the outside lock box. OMG!! I don't know what I would have done if they hadn't answered. All that to say, this was a good hotel, near so many key areas. I would recommend staying here."
