"Only one thing wasn’t so good- one breakfast I ordered Chicken Congee and it was tepid. Like someone put the porridge in the microwave for 1 minute instead of 2 minutes. Still tasted good though. Other than that, everything else was as expected at The Quincy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The included Breakfast that goes all the way to 2.30pm allows me to have it for lunch instead. Free flow of snacks n drinks at the cafe all day. However there isn’t any more potato chip/popcorn...

"All excellent. Clean room, comfortable bed and choice of pillows. Bathroom clean, everything replenished when used. Safe in room, breakfast very good and variable for all tastes. Staff very helpful and friendly. Lovely roof garden and pool with nice views from the top. Nice and quiet. River nearby with lovely walks, lots of eating establishments. The Metro is nearby."

"Almost everything is excellent about this property. The welcome, the size of the rooms, the shower and bath pressure and temperature. The kitchen appliances. The only real issue I had was that most rooms don't have their own washing machine, and of the 6 washers and 6 dryers in the basement, nearly of them are out of service with no sign of getting fixed."

"Overall, the service is fast and staffs are friendly. However, the locks of the room are old and a lot of visitors are banging their doors just to lock it. It can get rather disruptive to your sleep at times as you will hear your neighbours banging the doors. This happen especially on the rooms on level 1. I think it’s time to change the locks of the doors! "

"We (Me and wife) stayed for 5 nights. Ideal location, easy access to main attractions like KL tower, PETRONAS tower etc. Overall the cleanliness of the hotel was good. Excellent breakfast service, variety of choices, friendly staff. Our greatest enjoyment was exploring the street food market, which is walking distance from the hotel. "

"Location was good, however, the hotel was dated and underwhelming. It was not very clean and there were bugs (ant like in the rooms). This was a budget hotel so I recognize it is not a Hilton, however, I did expect a bit better. "
