"We were greeted with afternoon tea which was really nice. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed and that we were comfortable. They even drew a diagram of where the bottled water was placed in the room (the refrigerator and water was inside a wall cabinet that we had not noticed). "The hotel is about 10 mins walk to the MRT and close enough to a few markets but a bit further away from the transport hub (taipei main station, hsr). Ok if you are only planning to stay in taipei. The hotel has free all day coffee, drinks, snacks and laundry facility. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The room I stayed in had traces of water damage and probably mold? but otherwise I had a pleasant stay."

"I liked that the place was accessible via uber & taxi. It was clean, spacious, & quiet. Staff members are responsive & very polite. I think one comment is the accessibility since it's about 1km away from the metro station. If travelling with a child, it may be hard. But I think if you're travelling with adults, the walk is not that bad. Overall a very good experience, definitely recommend ☺️"
