"Staff was excellent - they all looked happy to provide service. Very attentive especially the ones at the elevator area and the main door entrance. Concierge was very helpful as well and helped us with our luggage. We didn’t meet the housekeeping staff but our room was very well-maintained and it was such a pleasure to come back to each night. We absolutely loved our room especially the huge bathroom! Bed and pillows were so comfy it felt like home! We will definitely be recommending this hotel to our friends. "

"Location is super, has sky bridge connecting Hyatt, 101 building and Breeze. Very friendly staff, smooth check in. We arrived early in the morning, left luggages with hotel, when we came back in the afternoon, luggage is in our room. "

"Stayed here for four nights whilst visiting Taipei and it was the perfect hotel. Rooms were spacious with an excellent view of Taipei. It’s a bit out from the centre so you will need to make use of bus/taxi travel, but this is easy enough to figure out. The staff were exceptionally helpful and I can’t recommend this hotel enough!"
