"The staff was wonderful and location was great. The bed and couch were not very comfy and the breakfast was timed and very simple. We didn't initially realize that everything was unplugged and we had to turn on the water heater for a warm shower but once identified those were easy enough to manage. Not that it was entirely unexpected, but there is no elevator and we were three flights up so that is something to consider."

The rooms were not small, and there were sitting areas all around the hotel. We were able to sit on the rooftop with stunning views of the Duomo and city. The most difficult aspect of the stay was the restricted desk hours from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. We had a difficult time paying the city tax because we left early in the morning before we could contact anyone at the...
