The property as a whole is missing very basic amenities- no air conditioning, no toiletries, no pool towels, the wifi was non-existent on the 6th floor. "Let me start by saying that our welcome to the hotel was excellent for our 7 day stay. We were greeted by the friendliest lady. I didn't get her name, but she made our welcome amazing.
