"A bit noisy at night due to traffic, old heritage property without any elevators. Rustic look, victorian architecture. Good service. Not very far from Tanah Rata - 10mins drive to restaurants."

"I think I booked for a bigger room but was given a standard (cheaper) room. It was for 1 night, so I didn't bother. Surrounding was nice, and very near to eatery and shopping. No shoes inside, NO TV, and no coffee/tea maker in room. We need to walk down to the common pantry to make coffee or noodles. Main door closed after 10pm and opened at 8am. No security. "

"Room was big and view from balcony was great, but the bathroom is not in the best condition and needs to be replaced. Breakfast was included with stay and pretty good. "

"Nice hotel with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Room and bathroom were a little dated but all clean and tidy. Balcony made for great views and ability to have door and windows open at all times, which is good as there is no air con (it's not too hot there anyway). Location isn't perfect unless you're happy to walk but it's about a 15 min walk to the Golden Hills Night Markets, then a further 10mins to shops. There is a restaurant at hotel, but also a Steam Boat Restaurant next door...
