"Everything you’d expect expect from a 4 star hotel! Only thing is the sauna & gym were shared by Swiss garden residences so on weekends it can get quite busy. Some of the equipment in the gym could be better but then again you don’t melaka to spend time in the gym 😂"

The staff , from porters to management were helpful friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The room was spacious and well kept. "This hotel is one of our go-to accommodation options when we come back to our hometown during the festive season. Usually we will opt for the Family Room which is ample for us, their room is well maintained and kept clean whenever we are there."

"Great hotel, large rooms, lovely staff and great location in the centre of the tourism area. Really enjoyed our stay a breakfast was included and had lots of choice. Our only problem was the pool was closed for refurbishing for a couple of week which coincided with our stay. We were not aware this would be the case when we booked a couple of weeks earlier. There was a lovely pool at their next door property though which they kindly escorted us to. Think this is probably the best hotel and location for Melaka centre. "
