"The staff were excellent from top to bottom. The property is middling fair that could use some modernization, but it's still functional. The shuttle service to local shopping and entertainment was great. The proximity to local restaurants is great - many options within walking distance. The included breakfast at the bistro was adequate. I do recommend the property unless you want a more upscale environment. "

"I can honestly say everything about this hotel was great, from check in to checkout. The location was perfect, close to everything, was there for a convention at the convention center, 20 mins, went to the improv 7 min, the mall 7 min. Would definitely stay again"

"The room was muaah! So clean, from the sheets, the towels...just everything. We were even upgraded for free. The only thing i feel you guys should really look into is having varieties on your breakfast options. Aside that; myself and my wife had a great experience. "

"Our stay was great, we stood here for a dance competition weekend and the staff was nothing but wonderful. The Embassy could use some updates. Lots of the walls require touch ups and many areas look a bit warn down. A piece of the cabinet came off in the bathroom when we check in. My youngest was in the bathroom thank God it didn't fall in her foot. The hotel staff took care of it right away. Other then that everything was great. "
