"The staff were friendly and helpful unlike some hotels which us nice. The beds were comfortable so were the pillows. The ac worked good, our backdoor to our balcony was very hard to open almost need a hammer lol. The balcony veiw was ok, but the balcony got hot very quickly no shade what so ever unfortunately. All in all it was a decent stay i might consider staying again."

"Hotel in a good location close to restaurants, sea wall, and pleasure pier. We stayed one night. Saturday had quite a few fun activities for kids (movies, s'mores, snow cones by the pool). On the Sunday we left, the kids were able to decorate cookies. The pool isn't huge but good enough for the kids to have fun. There's also a kiddie pool with the water buckets that drop water. There's a hot tub, if you feel like warming up. The hotel isn't anything fancy and could use a bit of renovation."

"One of my favorite places to stay in Galveston! Canyon and Glenda made my stay very welcoming. Breakfast was Very Good. They were also doing upgrades on furniture while we were there. New Hideaway couches, New tables and dressers. I asked if new beds were coming. Not yet !! My room attendant I did not get there name, but they were Great also Making sure our floor was clean thru the week and new towels every day.
