Great location. A few blocks from Central Park Grand Central Station and Rockefeller Center. A nice room to sit in and with a work station. Bathroom spacious. Bed comfy with plenty pillow options. No restaurant but options for all occasions near by. Great shopping.

Staff didn’t really listen. I’d request a 2:00 cleaning, and they’d begin knocking and waking me at 10. They took down the shower curtain and bar (for some reason) one day and didn’t replace it. That took 3 phone calls. They would randomly forget to replenish items daily….creamer, tissues, bar soap, and that would take multiple calls. Gym is minimal. Small asks of the front desk (could you pass this item along to my friend who will be checking in in a half hour) were ignored. Didn’t seem to care. Did not get the VIP treatment I was led to believe I would. Boo.

Huge rooms (for NYC), very clean, great staff, great location Do keep in mind the rooms aren't serviced so you have to manage your own bedding and garbage. Free coffee and watwr though.

This was the first Hilton Club property we have stayed at, and the stay could not have been better. Especially since somehow we were upgraded to a one bedroom from a studio, though I assume you can’t rely on that happening very often. However, it was a great way to start to our 5 day NYC stay. The room was spacious, modern, and equipped with every amenity you could want. The staff was extremely friendly, considerate and helpful. All in all, a great choice.
