"Hotel looks nice. Definitely an older hotel as some of the furniture in the suite was dated and worn. Kitchen cabinet drawer broken. The room was probably cleaned but saw hair and dirt on floor in the bathroom. Pillows on the bed looked like someone leaned against them on one side. Not overly presentable like in other hotels we have stayed in. The pool area was very nice but again some patio furniture looked pretty rough. "The hotel wasn’t a bad hotel. It seemed pretty clean and the staff were nice, it was just hard to find them. We went to the front desk several times to ask a question and no one was there. We even waited a while for someone to come to the desk and no one did. Another guest even walked towards the offices and said “hello” but no one ever came. I’m not faulting the staff because like I said everyone was nice and it wasn’t that important that we talk to someone immediately so we just never asked...

I will list the pros and cons Pros: Free airport shuttle Nice pool area Full service bar and kitchen Attractive property Facilities appear to be well maintained Cons: Early check in fee - was told $23 flat fee and was charged $25.99 Bathroom- shower is open with a small glass barrier, so the floor gets wet. It was a weird tile on floor that was pretty dirty The cons are big for me, so I would not stay again . "

"The Boulan was a beautiful property, the restaurant they have Orange Blossom had the most amazing food. The hotel was super clean and the staff were super friendly. The rooftop pool is amazing and it also had a bar. Our room had a wrap around terrace overlooking city center, and there was a lot of places just to walk around to. It’s a 3 minute walk to the beach and it was super convenient to catch Ubers and DoorDash food to the restaurant. Great stay and will be back soon. "
