The free shuttle service was very prompt and a great addition to the stay both to the Disney parks and to the train station. "The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and had a fair number of choices. The shuttle to and from the train station and Disney areas was very convenient. The only complaint I would have is that the property is located in an industrial area, so there are no food or shopping options nearby. If you stay here, plan ahead and purchase what you need for the night before getting on the hotel shuttle. That being said, I would stay here again if visiting Tokyo Disney or Disney Sea."

"We only stayed here for one night, but it was a lovely place to stay. Beds are comfortable and the rooms are a good size. Yes it's a bit mid century modern, but it adds to the charm. The garden is lovely, at the moment it is filled with lights at night which adds to the atmosphere. It was an easy walk to Shinagawa station for getting around Tokyo, but if you have a lot of luggage the walk from the station is up a small hill. "

"This hotel is very quiet and clean, and is easily accessible to two stations. Although the room is small, everything is well thought through and functional so was comfortable for a business trip. There is a nice roof top terrace where I did some static exercises (swimming pool was closed), and an onsen too. A staff member gave a good recommendation, and that was appreciated. I would stay here again. "

"For the money, this place is more than adequate for the capsule experience. It's no-frills for sure. No shoes allowed. You put your shoes in a locker, turn the key in for a locker key, which has your robe and a towel. The capsules are a bit warm, bt the common areas are pretty good temp. Bathrooms were clean when I was there. They have Crocs at the door if you're afraid to touch the bathroom floor."
