"I don’t normally stay in lower budget hotels. I was in Lubbock to attend a graduation. The cost of hotels, in Lubbock, were incredibly inflated. I stayed here because it was reasonably priced. I was pleasantly surprised and would stay here again. Room was clean and the carpet seemed to be new. There was not any noise whatsoever and I got 2 nights of rest."

"I booked this property back in February for graduation weekend. I made 5 reservations for this property. The beginning of the month I needed to make a change to one of the reservations and left several messages. My daughter lives in Lubbock and find out the property was closed for renovations. It would have been a total disaster if we had arrived to lodging on Friday. A family of 16 individuals with no place to stay. I did not receive any calls or information that the property was closed...

"We arrived at the motel to find out it was closed for remodeling. No warning of this."

"As a solo traveler...I did not appreciate being in a block of rooms occupied by construction people.... Noisy and driving big trucks which they started up at 5:30-6am. There was plenty of rooms, not happy they put me back there"
