"The property was under construction so one entrance was closed. The room was nice. Big enough, great view and quiet! We didn’t check out a lot of the hotel but it worked for one night "

"Me and my husband came from Maryland for the rolling stones concert on Saturday i paid for a city view when we got there we were given a different room but that was taken care of. But the was no ice in the machines all weekend and the room were hot ,air conditioning was not working. Spoke with several guests there and were all having the same issues. And after paying a the amount that we did this should have not happened, would hope that we may get some reimbursement for this other than that...

"Great location. A few blocks from Central Park Grand Central Station and Rockefeller Center. A nice room to sit in and with a work station. Bathroom spacious. Bed comfy with plenty pillow options. No restaurant but options for all occasions near by. Great shopping. "

"Great stay. So hot at night even with AC on. The fan wouldn’t stay on. "

"Our stay was excellent. Great location with lots of amenities walkable or subway right outside. Staff were friendly and very efficient. I would stay here again without hesitation. I am writing this in the hotel lobby whilst waiting to get the subway to JFK and regret not speaking to the concierge services. I have been listening to him guide and advise new arrivals and he is giving great advice. My tip is to use them when you first arrive."
