"Overall had a lovely stay with my daughters. Big spacious room and the sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. Great location, ammenities in close proximity within driving range. Small attention to detail would have been great. Room 119: remote control back cover was missing and the room key card holder cover was missing. Toilet was not flushing well. Lift could do with a makeover. But overall, a lovely stay."

"Its very budget basic and could be doing with a paint, no kettle in room, but can get hot drinks from reception and there is a greggs right next door. There isnt an iron in the room but the hotel said there is an ironing room that guests can have access to 24/7. We just took our own travel iron. There is a hairdryer in the room but no plugs near the mirror so bit difficult when styling hair, straightners etc, but not exactly a major issue. The room its self was absolutely fine for our weekend...

"Really great value for money and helpful and friendly staff. Perfect location on the docks next to the M&S Bank Arena. Bedroom is huge and very comfortable. Only drawback was that there is nothing to buy to eat or drink after hours (no vending machines or shop) and nothing in walking distance to the hotel. "
