"I was pleasantly surprised when I found this hotel for my last minute two day trip to Miami Beach to coordinate my storage & final moving truck to New York City. Not only an amazing room rate but a very accommodating front desk staff who allowed me to securely leave my luggage early that morning until check-in time at 3pm. The gentleman who helped me was so welcoming, he offered me the chance to chanfe my clothes into something more comfortable and refresh myself ( a small detail that makes all the difference and is remembered forever) Upon cheking into the hotel, the same gentleman informed me that they had upgraded me to a King Room, which came unexpectedly and brought a much needed smile to my stressful day. A complimentary cocktail ticket and two room keys completed this welcoming arrival. A very comfortable and cozy King size bed was what I needed and delivered a 10 hour sleep. The water stream from the bathroom faucet was really poor and it took me twice as long to shave that evening. The TV was a bit challenging to get proper cable service as I all I got on the screen was "NO SIGNAL". These two issues were immediately addressed and resolved by the hotel staff after I left my room heading to dinner that night. When I returned everything was working beautifully and no further issues. The next day during the afternoon guests from the room across from my room with two children who decided to turn the quite hallway into a race track and slamming their door so hard."

"The rooms are very basic, and the beds are LOW to the ground. The rooms are older and there isn't much to say about a view. However, it was easy to get to, walkable, very close to shopping, the beach, and the pool was fantastic. The pool was small, and they have pool bean bags not pool chairs, and only 4 of them, and 2 umbrellas. The pool wasn't crowded, and I didn't see a lot of kids which was nice. They do have an elevator. There is someone at the desk after hours. Overall, it was a simple and convenient hotel close to the beach with a pool, which is what we wanted. We had a lovely time, but its not the Ritz. Bathroom is small, and the fridge is smalller than a standard mini fridge. "
