"The location is beautiful and understandable that it is in an ancient rainforest, however it doesn’t excuse the mould in some of the rooms or the hair that was clogging the sinks and showers. On arrival we decided to have lunch as they prepped our room, we found flies in our salads, not one but three. We had a 1.5 year old with us, so you can only imagine our shock when the room smelt of damp. They finally agreed to changing our room to only find more damp growing even on the pictures displayed...

"I had a good time in tanjung rhu report. Not only is peaceful, the ambience is simply just welcoming. Food is great, staff are friendly and room is so comfortable, big and clean! "We stayed here for 2 nights as part of our Langkawi trip and wished we stayed longer. Whilst the rooms may be somewhat dated for a 5*, the customer service at this hotel is exceptional. After checkin they got in touch by WhatsApp to let us know they were available for any assistance 24’7. The facilities were nice, the staff were extremely polite and attentive. It was a real bonus seeing monkeys around the resort, (wish they had come to our balcony!) We didn’t have to wait long for a buggy and...
