"Palacina is lovely. Staff goes above & beyond to make sure your experience is confortable. Manager Andrea customer service is outstanding, solving an issue I had on my very 1st night with them, She made sure I was happy & confortable. All reception staff is friendly as well as the kitchen. I enjoyed my Breakfast and my lovely last dinner at the property with them. Rooms are peaceful, spacious & well decorated. Location is great too. Indoor pool is lush.
