"Palacina is lovely. Staff goes above & beyond to make sure your experience is confortable. Manager Andrea customer service is outstanding, solving an issue I had on my very 1st night with them, She made sure I was happy & confortable. All reception staff is friendly as well as the kitchen. I enjoyed my Breakfast and my lovely last dinner at the property with them. Rooms are peaceful, spacious & well decorated. Location is great too. Indoor pool is lush. Thank you team, I will be gladly coming...

"We love this place and this neighborhood. It is so close to restaurants, grocery and the Yaya centre. We also love that there is a restaurant with room service and a 24 hour front desk. And my favorite is the beautiful, large and hot shower!"

"I felt very safe. My room was facing a number of bars/restaurants so it got really loud at late night. The service was great though, from security, check-in to check-out. I was bitten by a mosquito which I was able to kill and sucked a lot of blood off me - they need to address this to avoid guests getting sick from mosquito bites."

"I liked the exemplary reception I was accorded. It was great. I liked how the first cook showed me around/how to get started with serving breakfast. Other cooks just kept staring. I was stunned in the morning to pay Kshs 2000 for breakfast yet it said it was included. What do these terms mean “breakfast included, breakfast available “? I would give it excellent if not for the breakfast which I felt robbed of. "

"Nice hotel . Nice staff , however no Internet access in the bedrooms . TV only 2 channels sports and news. No drinking water once the bar is closed. Overall a good hotel don't mind going back as staff goes out of their way to accommodate your request. "

"good location and great staff. rooms don't have ac so windows needs to be kept open during a warm season like the one i visited and that gives you bad sleep cos of mosquitoes."
