"Staff are respectful and willing help, kitchen is open so you can see how is the food cooked. My room was premium and there was awkward smell every time I reported I had immediate respond. There was maintenance need on ceiling and TV need upgrading to smart TV at least in premium room and the sound insulation was not the best. Other than these I am happy hotel standards. "It was good. Friendly and kind staff. It was clean. Area where the hotel located is a bit loud on Saturday night but I was able to sleep fine overall. I didn’t have soap in the hotel, so I used shampoo products to wash my hands. Didn’t bother asking for a soap from the staff. Other then that it was a good stay overall. "

"Great location on the Asian side. Easy access to boats, subway, all transportation. The views from water facing rooms are amazing. The hotel is now a little dated, can use an upgrade. New towels would be nice. And the hotel needs to have luggage racks. Every year I stay here and ask for a luggage rack to open my suitcase on; not a great experience to keep suitcase on the floor with all your clothes; but they do not have it. "
