"Close to transportation, shops, restaurants. Very helpful staff. Building needs lots of maintenance like elevator doors makes noise, curtains falling from their rail, some different smell in the room."

"Staff are respectful and willing help, kitchen is open so you can see how is the food cooked. My room was premium and there was awkward smell every time I reported I had immediate respond. There was maintenance need on ceiling and TV need upgrading to smart TV at least in premium room and the sound insulation was not the best. Other than these I am happy hotel standards. "Great location on the Asian side. Easy access to boats, subway, all transportation. The views from water facing rooms are amazing. The hotel is now a little dated, can use an upgrade. New towels would be nice. And the hotel needs to have luggage racks. Every year I stay here and ask for a luggage rack to open my suitcase on; not a great experience to keep suitcase on the floor with all your clothes; but they do not have it. "
