"First of all, this hotel smells amazing. I know that is a weird thing to write but it has a subtle lovely clean smell. The staff was friendly and got us an early check in. The hotel bar/restaurant was very loud. The room and view were great once we figured out the master light switch! Didn’t use the room service but it was a great option. Tons of places to go within walking distance. "

"From the moment I checked in to the time I left the hotel, I had a wonderfully experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I cannot say that enough. My room was lovely and it was cleaned every day. I had a beautiful view. I never once heard my neighbors. I got great sleep and was able to walk to work. The Path station is about a block and half away and I could easily get into the city. Grove St. is also walkable and has many dining options. There is a mall nearby that has food options,...

"A lot of cleaning involved in order to avoid “additional fees”. I am not a messy person but there is certain things I’d rather not do while I’m on vacation and having to pay for a luxury room."

"Upon arrival we realized that the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes and we had a 4 year old to feed. We ran the dishwasher and it flooded the entire kitchen floor. We also noticed that the washer had an old comforter that was soaking wet. We called the phone number provided (this is a condo owned by a person and the building is homes) the person answered and I explained the problems and they said "let me call the cleaning lady" and hung up.
