"I liked the appearance of the lobby, the number of staff and their consistant politeness. The only objection is that expedia had said that all charges were included in their pricing and I was charged an extra $100 upon leaving as a standard Chicago fee. This is not correct name but the fee did not apply to any service used or contracted for, any purchase made and was not explained at check-in but was withheld on credit card.
