"Best thing was the generous size of the room. Didn't like the wet patch on the carpet by the air-conditioner. Didn't like having to argue about getting a breakfast when I arrived early instead of having one the following day since i was checking out before breakfast. "Wonderful hotel with delicious breakfasts including freshly cooked eggs to order and real coffee. Good location with a 15 minute walk through parks to the Registan. Staff were excellent with good English. The only slight negative was that the bathroom ventilation was poor, and when we mentioned that to the manager, he moved us to another better room with a much better bathroom. Excellent service!"

"Very nice and clean hotel with excellent service. Our room was spectacular. My husband got sick during the trip and the hotel allowed us to stay 2 hour longer before going to the railway station. "It's a shame we were only there for one night as we had an early morning flight to Khiva as it's a wonderful place. The taxi from the airport was arranged via the hotel and the boys who drove us were great to chat to and very friendly and helpful. The room itself was beautiful and although we were only there a short time it was one of the most comfortable rooms in our entire Uzbek stay! highly recommended."
