"Overall good stay. My only disappointments where the lack of a small fridge in the room, the sink is very narrow and close to the wall so when you wash your face it’s hard not to get water on yourself and the floor, and the hot water in the shower took forever to actually get warm enough. The bed was very comfortable, but I wish the curtains went all the way to the floor so the room stayed dark in the morning. Hotel was generally quiet and the staff was very friendly. "The lobby staff would disappear. When I walked in after my long train ride, the lobby doors were locked. It worked when the lobby staff came back after a long afternoon break. It took awhile to get settled. Please pay attention to the guests when they enter, they want a full friendly welcome. There was a rude , pregnant , young lady that seemed so untrained. Everything else was great. Loved the ambiance of the hotel."

"The hotel is in the midst of renovations. The outside is in need of repair, but the rooms and common areas are clean and updated. The deck could use some paint, etc., but the view is fabulous and the seating is comfortable. The pool was clean - hot tub was not working. Front desk staff was courteous and pleasant.
