"I’ve always loved this hotel but after a 16 hour flight from the states. The receptionist told me point blank there are zero rooms available in the entire hotel for an early check in. It was so exhausting "

"My 15 year old daughter and I had a mini break together and NAU Sao Rafael Atlantico was the perfect location. The room was spacious with stunning views of the garden and although our room was located near the pools, it was really quiet and we weren't disturbed by any noticeable noise. "A simply fabulous hotel. We were greeted warmly on our arrival and throughout our stay, all staff were smartly presented, courteous and kind. The decor is high quality and beautifully kept. Our room was extremely well presented with impeccable daily service. We enjoyed a room service breakfast on our balcony that was just fantastic . We even tried their relaxing massage service at their Spa. Massage and facial were wonderful. The hotel has a lovely calming atmosphere where nothing is too much...
