We had an experence where we asked for one cup of decaf coffee and 30 minutes later; and after flagging down to additional staff personnel we were told the machine was broken -- but, then we received a cup of coffee 5 minutes after that. "We stayed for over a month, and we doubt with a gentleman by the name of Rui, at the front desk. He was so incredibly helpful, friendly, insightful, and gave us some phenomenal suggestions. No request was too small or too big. His Customer service really made our trip memorable. He gave us ideas for places to go, restaurants, bakeries, local things to do, and if we had any issues at all, they were dealt with, in an expedient fashion! "Nice Hotel but understaffed in the Bar/Restaurant, it is positioned on a Hill so not a great location for those with mobility issues who wanted to go into the Village, easy 5 minute stroll downhill going in but torturous walk back by either available route. "
