"I WASN'T IMPRESSED THAT THE HOTEL FRONT DESK STAFF COULDN'T OFFER INFORMATION ABOUT HOW TO GET TO LAX AIRPORT, OR HOW MUCH IT WOULD COST. I WAS HANDED A CARD TO A PRIVATE DRIVER THAT ASKED TO CHARGE TWICE AS MUCH OF AN UBER!! THEY NEED TO KNOW WHAT TO TELL GUESTS AND HOW MUCH IT WOULD BE COMING FROM ANY OR ALL AIRPORTS! "
