"Property was nice. Right across from Icon park which was very convenient. With that being said, it is a very loud area. Lots of people coming and going in the wee hours of the night. If you’re a light sleeper, this is not the area for you. The lobby and the actual hotel are not connected, a short walk. It is a little run down, needs so refresh. Almost got stuck in the elevators twice. "

"En general todo bien. Se puede mejorar en varias cosas: poner caja de seguridad en los cuartos, mejor iluminación en los cuartos, son oscuros aún con todas las luces encendidas. Prácticamente todo es self service, desde el check in hasta el check out. El día de Memorial Day la piscina estaba cerrada hasta casi las 3:00 pm por falta de clorox, esos mantenimientos deben hacerlos en las noches cuando está cerrada para que los huéspedes puedan usar las facilidades. "

"This property is exactly what we were looking for a weekend trip to Universal! We wanted a hotel that was close by and cheap, but not a dump. The rooms are small and the breakfast area is cramped, but that is expected with the price per night. Complimentary breakfast is a huge perk! They also offer a shuttle to Universal 8:30-5:30. We did not use it because we planned on staying later than 5:30. My only complaint is that an area around the bed kind of smelled like mildew. Other than that, it is...
