"Good: rooms had a good amount of space, kitchen appliances, furniture were in good working condition and clean. Good hot water pressure. Comfortable bed, a bit firm. Fireplace is a nice touch. Great place if you anre traveling with a dog. Overall good value. Not so good: dirty light switches, and tile grout. Carpet is old and worn out. Parking on site can be limited at certain times. "

"Nice hotel but was a fair distance to walk into Pismo Beach. Room was clean but a little dated, however the bed was v comfy. Not a bad hotel and the free breakfast was a bonus. "

"Room on back side of hotel was wonderfully quiet. Desk agent was not concerned when we reported the leak from the ceiling vent directly above the toilet. Fortunately we didn't get a shower while seated."

"Location was good with an adjacent restaurant. Check in was good as was the morning breakfast. Place is dated. Bathroom dated too, toilet didn’t work very well. But it was clean and beds were comfortable."
