"If you dislike being trapped in a hotel room, then this is the place for you. Self catering but with the enhanced security of being in a supervised complex. Plenty of parking for a vehicle. The staff were outstandingly good. Reception, housekeeping, maintenance, all deserve a mention for their efficiency, courteousness and politeness. No complaints at all. Thank you for an enjoyable 8 day stay. "

Its in steps away from historic sites and literally across the street from a gorgeous old spanish court adorned with lush gardens. The staff was very helpful and friendly. "Staff were all excellent throughout. From the moment of checking in, front desk lady (Lucia) helped us to the room and with luggages. Breakfast buffet staff (particular mentioned to Roberto) were all. We checked out today and called a Uber to airport which was running late. The Bellboy was so concerned that he walked out to the curb side to ensure the location status of the Uber driver. This is what customer service is all about to the very core. We had a very nice tow night stay at Regina Hotel. Highly recommend! "
