"All aspects of the stay were very good - staff was exceptionally helpful and courteous. Check in took quite a long time - at one point, there were seven people in cue to check in with the one receptionist - BUT my guess is that this was an exception. I’d stay here again and would recommend it to others."

"Staff are excellent and very friendly. Breakfast was very good. Room was immaculate but very warm at night but I requested a fan which was immediately supplied. Only moan related to the cleanliness of the stairs to the upper floors near to the reception area. There was dried mud which had not been cleaned for a couple of days."
