"Very clean, tidy, plenty of staff on hand, all very friendly and welcoming. Beds and pillows very comfy, but only double size. This wasn't a problem for us, we're just used to bigger at home. Breakfast is included, self serve buffet style, hot and continental, so bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs and beans, toast, croissant, mini muffins, cereals, fruit, yoghurt. 24hr bar, pizzas and snacks also available 24hrs. More menu options available in the evening until 9, normal pub stuff like burgers,...

"Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was lovely and clean, bathroom was clean too. Big bath which was a bonus for me due to being quite tall. Good tea and coffee making facilities. Room was quite warm even with window open and the use of the fan which was provided. "

"I really want to give this hotel 5 stars as the property, the staff and the restaurant were amazing. However, the mattress was horrible, the actual mattress was super hard and the comforter and sheets didn’t fit the mattress properly and we’re super uncomfortable. "

"We booked a nights stay as we have recently booked our wedding at this hotel, we couldn't of asked for a better place to get married, rooms were excellent, spa was busy but it was valentine's weekend and the food was superb.
