"This is managed by Maple Homes. The stay is still at Grand Ion Delemon hotel. Check in process however is not at Hotel Lobby. It is at the L3 carpark as Maple Homes do not have a physical reception desk. Hotel needs upkeep though. But overall, it is still a good stay."

"Nicely located at the top of Genting Highlands. There are some convenient shops at the ground floor if you crave late-night snacks. We stayed on tower 3. Microwave stopped working and in no time, they replaced it as soon as we reported. There are some construction happening closeby, which can be noisy at times, we were so tired that it didn't even bother us at all. "

"The facilities offer just good enough for family short stay in the nature. The 24 hours shared kitchen and dining place were great. My kids loved the swimming pool. The place surrounded by trees, the refreshing air and the sound of nearby stream had made my short stay worth. The owner and the staffs were very helpful during my stay there. The owner himself and his wife personally waited for us until almost 1.00 am for late check in. My car broke down and the Sarang team helped me by finding a mechanic and also pushing the car together into a position so that it can be towed. The group who stayed there also was very helpful. The only complaint, the sofa bed not so sturdy. Have to be careful a bit. Definitely I recommend this place. "

"Budget accommodation beyond expectations. Clean, neat and practical. Bathroom for a family room was of a good size although the room itself was not that spacious. Providing face towels and toothbrushes were a bonus."

"There was a long flight of steps to get down to the property. It may be able to cater for many people but seating and dining areas are not conducive for all to gather. Master bedroom bed is sunken and the bathroom rail collapsed. Billiard table is torn and karaoke mic doesn't work. Oven spoilt and the microwave/grill has seen better days. The cooker hood is taped up and we were worried it would collapse. Washing up liquid was like shower cream. The pillows and comforters were stinky. The kitchen tap is so high anyone will get all wet after washing up so we had to tie a plastic bag to the tap so it doesn't splash. On the positive side, towels were clean and other things like dish cloths were clean and sufficient for use. After the second night the main water supply was cut off due to burst pipe outside the main road and the caretaker said we would be refunded if we decide to go back earlier because it looked like the repair is going to take longer than anticipated. Not suitable for elderly due to long flight of stairs going down to the property and sadly we are mostly aged so it was a bit of struggle for us. Frasers Hill is a nice place but we have yet to find a nice bungalow to rent for large family. "
