"Easy to locate as it's right by Birmingham airport which also links to the NEC via Airlink. I stayed for 6 nights and it was cheap and cheerful and fit for its intended purpose - the staff were lovely and very helpful when I had an issue with my card key (mobile phones can de-magnetise the card and stop it from working) Despite being near the airport I had no issue with outside noise which is fantastic as I am a very light sleeper I would definitely stay there again"

"Clean hotel with welcoming staff; my 8yo son was especially chatty wiht them and they gave him some chocolates. Our room was spacious and clean and inlcuded a new 65inch TV. Breakfast had a great selcetion of continental and cooked items. Again the staff were very friendly and brought out some waffles and pancakes with maple syrup for our son. "I've stayed here many times and have always had a great experience, this time was a little different as the cabin I was staying in was very tired, gaps in the doors and windows ranging from 1cm to 2 possibly 3 cm where Icould see daylight were not ideal as it was a very windy and rainy day making the cabin very drafty and cold. "I really enjoyed my stay. I felt it was a bit much to charge £10 parking when I paid so much for the room, dinner, spa and treatment and breakfast. When I arrived I was a bit anxious and overwhelmed with sensory things and I was bombarded with so much info all at once. When I explained to the receptionist I had ADHD and struggles with information all at once and she still continued being really fast. So I panicked quite a bit about where to go and what to do. It would be nice to have someone actually show me what to do rather than tell me. "
