"Pleasantly surprised with the room size, (though some may still find small) it was bigger than some other budget hotels we have stayed at in Tokyo. The bed and pillows were also quite comfortable and we got a good night's sleep. Everything in and outside the hotel room looked clean. It was a short walk to the station, near a convenience store and plenty of dining options around. If you're looking to do some shopping, there are also plenty of options including malls. "Daiwa Roynet Hotel YOKOHAMA-KANNAI is a super clean, convenient, and lovely hotel to stay at in the Yokohama area. The staff were very patient with my broken Japanese, and took the time and effort to make sure my partner and I were well taken care of. They have wonderful amenities (especially the complimentary comb), and the tickets for the continental breakfast offered at the cafe below which is a really great deal. My partner and I greatly enjoyed our time there, and would highly recommend!"
